Shipping policy

Shipping is provided via FedEx, all packages are tracked. Import fees vary by region and they are not collected on checkout.

All orders are considered as preorders right now (they are not shipped on the next business day), please check the product page for details.

When a product is available for purchase it means that the hardware components required to manufacture it are allocated by our suppliers and are pending delivery. We are not selling anything without an approximated shipping date, we are not doing crowd funding.
