Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 14-day return policy applies to orders in the European Union (B2C) due to tariff related constraints. We'll cover you in case of warranty and replacement parts world-wide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@teslaandroid.com and we'll get it sorted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not provide return labels, the customer covers the cost of shipping the package back to Poland. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. OnIy issues with the hardware itself are subject to warranty. Software issues are covered via OTA updates. We and the community provide support to new users. Feel free to contact us support@teslaandroid.com, we are also available on Reddit, Twitter and Slack.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note on the Tesla Diagnostic Tool
The device is known to work on on Model 3/Y and Model S/X (any configuration made after 2021) on software up to 2026.2.x or 2026.8 (updated on 1.04.2026). We strive to provide regular updates OTA updates, but for best possible experience please consider not updating the vehicle until this confirmation is updated. In case of breaking changes - we'll provide alternative options for other "diagnostic features" via OTA. Warranty covers only hardware defects (hidden issues that result in a device malfunction over time)
